Happy Sunday! New Dinner Plan is up on the blog with a shopping list and links to the recipes. I'm also starting @weightwatchers again to jump start the New Year and try out their new Freestyle Plan. The list of 0 point foods has expanded and now includes chicken breast, turkey breast, beans, legumes, eggs, fish, and more! Game changer!! You get less points but with all these new 0 points foods I eat on the regular added to the list it’s easier to track and stay within your daily allowance.
