๐Ÿ’š Now this is a burger that's totally ok to have on a Monday. it's my mega veggie burger from Everyday Super Food. Serve in a soft wholemeal bun sandwiched in with some garden salad and a fresh basil dressing. I go in with tofu to make these burgers as it's a brilliant carrier of flavours, plus it's high in protein and a great source of calcium and phosphorus both which make for strong and healthy bones.
