Too much traveling, too much fun, not enough training lately so got one in on Sunday funday. Just a few movements from my circuits, give these a try! 1. Skater with waves 2. Cable goblet squats 3. Glute raise with resistance band 4. Bicep curl to shoulder press 5. Hip thrust with resistance band. I kept reps high 20-30 or :30 seconds for timed exercises like the battle ropes.
