🔥ROTATIONAL LANDMINE CORE & MOBILITY WERK! ➖➖➖➖ 💡I added the omega attachment from @purmotion_official to one end of the #barbell in the #landmine setup. ➖➖➖➖ 📝This is some serious standing core training and great 👍🏼 for rotational sports. ⛳️ ⚾️ 🎾 🥊 The key 🔑 is to pivot your feet and rotate the hips so as to not move at the lower back. Move 1 is super challenging but really opens up the hips and upper back. I did sets of 60 second work periods at a slow and controlled tempo with 30 seconds rest between moves.
