Then do pushups with your hands on the band. ➖➖➖➖ 🧠Doing them on the band creates as oscillating effect that turbocharges muscle activation and shoulder & core stabilizers. It also slows your rep speed down to increase time-under-tension for some joint-friendly GAINZZZZZZZZ! ➖➖➖➖ 📝Do 1-2 sets of 10-20 reps as a warmup. Or do 3-5 sets of max reps for a full workout.
